License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Yousship("Licensor"), reachable at hello@yousship.com, and you ("Licensee"), the individual who has purchased access to the Yousship codebase (the "Product") available at https://yousship.com. By downloading or accessing the Product, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

TL;DR

One purchase grants you a personal, lifetime license to use the codebase in as many of your own projects as you like — commercial or otherwise. You may not share, resell, or redistribute the source code to others.

1. Grant of License

Subject to your completed payment and the terms of this Agreement, Yousship grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Product for:

An unlimited number of your own personal or commercial projects.
Building, customizing, and deploying applications or websites that you own or operate directly.
Client work — building projects on behalf of clients where you remain the developer.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Share, transfer, or provide access to the source code or any part of it to any other individual or entity, whether for payment or free of charge.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Product as a competing boilerplate, starter kit, template, or code pack.
Publish the source code publicly (for example, in a public repository) in a way that allows others to use it as a starting point.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices embedded in the Product.
Use the Product in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Yousship retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in and to the Product. This Agreement grants you a license to use the Product; it does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Third-party libraries and open-source dependencies included in the Product remain subject to their own respective licenses.

4. No Warranty

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. USE OF THE PRODUCT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOUSSHIP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically, without notice, if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and destroy all copies in your possession.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Yousship regarding the Product and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
