These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Yousship, available at https://yousship.com. By accessing or purchasing from Yousship, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. If you use Yousship on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security and credentials.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized account access.

Software License

Subject to these terms and your completed payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased boilerplate and related assets for your own projects and client work, unless your selected license states otherwise.

The license is granted to you personally. It is non-transferable and may not be shared with, assigned to, or used by any other individual or entity.

You may not:

• share, transfer, or give access to the source code or any part of it to any other person, paid or unpaid,
• resell, sublicense, or redistribute the boilerplate as a competing template/product,
• share source files publicly as a starter product or code pack,
• remove or alter license notices required by third-party dependencies, or
• use the product in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Payments and Billing

Pricing, feature scope, and licensing details are shown at checkout. Billing is processed by third-party providers including Stripe and Lemon Squeezy.

• All fees are due according to the pricing displayed at purchase time.
• Where subscriptions are offered, they renew automatically unless canceled in time.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and local compliance obligations.

Refunds

Because this is a digital product with immediate access to source code and downloadable assets, purchases are generally non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

Updates and Availability

We may improve, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee continuous availability, compatibility with all third-party services, or that the product will remain unchanged over time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

• violating laws or third-party rights,
• attempting unauthorized access or security testing without permission,
• distributing malware or disrupting service operation,
• using the service for fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity,
• infringing intellectual property rights of others.

Intellectual Property

The service, including software, content, and branding, is owned by Yousshipor its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Services and Licenses

The product may rely on third-party services and open-source libraries. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you implement, customize, deploy, and operate the code, including legal disclosures, customer data handling, taxes, and regulatory compliance for your own business.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required for security, legal, abuse-prevention, or operational reasons.

Disclaimer

The product is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yousship will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yousship from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, infrastructure failures, natural disasters, acts of government, or third-party platform disruptions.

Price Changes

We may update pricing at any time for new purchases. Price changes do not retroactively affect completed purchases unless explicitly stated.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
